Formula 82D® Ingredients:

Active Ingredients: Minoxidil (5%), Dutasteride (0.75%), Tretinoin (0.01%), and Fluocinolone Acetonide (0.01%).
Other Ingredients: Proprietary, non-sticky & non-greasy base that is propylene glycol-free.

Dutasteride is generally understood to inhibit both 5-alpha reductase isoenzymes that play a role in converting testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone responsible for shrinking hair follicles. Minoxidil is a vasodilator commonly considered by providers for scalp health. It is thought to increase blood flow to the scalp, which may support follicular activity and prolong the hair’s natural growth cycle. Tretinoin is thought to potentiate the absorption of minoxidil and fluocinolone acetonide is a corticosteroid included in an effort to minimize irritation.

Application: Apply drops to affected scalp areas in the morning and in the evening. The non-greasy, non-sticky base makes application a breeze. It allows patients to return to their daily routine in minutes. It is important patients avoid vigorous activity or submersion in water for several hours.
